Camelford Library is perhaps the most
recognised building in Camelford. The
distinctive clock tower with camel, has been
used on many a local company logo.
Originally the old Town Hall, it was built in 1806
over the cobbled Market area and called Market House.

What we do
Not just a Library, but information center.
We welcome all Cornwall's residents and
visitors. We not only have a large selection of books, but
you can also access the internet in our computer suite.
Printing and photocopying is available. We also process
bus pass applications for over 60s and certain disabilities.
Story-time for pre-school children is on Tuesdays at
2.00 – 2.30pm, and we always have colouring and toys
